I was induced at 40 week exactly cause my body showed 0 signs of labor and the Dr was concerned. My cervix never thinned out even tho I dilated all the way. I was in labor for 23 hours and the Dr basically had to rip her out of me and she ended up in the nicu for 6 days :/ I kinda wish I would have waited but my body just didn't know what to do.

being induced was worse than actually going natural and it almost lead to me having a csection

I think it hurts more then it does going in labor by yourself I was induced for my first one and oh my the pain was awful and I went in labor at home for the second one and the pain wasn't as bad

Being induced is in my opinion a harder labor than if you was to go ok your own. It pushes your body to go into labor. And the contractions and pain hit you like a fuck ton of bricks..... this coming from the woman who NEVER EVER gets anything for pain...no epidural or anything....shit gets real lol......

I was induced it felt werid cause when I was in the hospital they kept me cause my contractions n when they popped my water my son was so pissed his heart rate went so high not even funny I was in the hospital at 6am I had my son at 5:56pm man long labor

Lol @princesslina, aww well I'm being induced next week. I went through it before with my son because he went a week over his due date and it wasn't that bad.

I spoke with my dr about being induced she explained that it's basically pushing ur body to do something its not ready to do yet. Sometimes it ends with a c section cuz ur body is not quite ready for vaginal birth.

I don't wanna be induced just because I'd prefer my baby to come on her own. But I'm getting induced today so that's out the window. Lol

@cee08 for me the part i didnt like of being induced was when the doc stick his finger to break my water it was painful😞😨😨
