You don't always see anything at 5 months. they can't really determine anything until 6 to 8 weeks. the baby doesn't even have a heart beat yet so mainly they go.off the HCG and blood work

Your not intruding on anyone if you need answers this is the place to get them. 5 weeks is to early to see anything. Most doctors cannot see anything until almost 7 or 8 weeks

no. you can't. hcg level doesn't determine anything other than baby viability. you can't even see a baby with ultrasound until 6 weeks if that is how far along she actually is. it is all estimated.

hcg levels just comfirm pregnancy possibilities but everyone's numbers are different. my number may be 100 at 6 weeks and hers could be 4000 at 6 weeks.

Stress definitely doesn't help the baby. Most doctors won't take you for an appointment until 8ish weeks because then is when you can start to see a tiny baby on the ultrasound and even then it has to be transvaginal to see anything you won't be able to see anything at 8 weeks from doing a regular stomach ultrasound. As long as she's not in pain or bleeding she's fine just try to support her and take her stress away everything is fine

@kingcannon2382, I agree with the rest of the lady's it's probably too soon to see the baby but I do think if she's bleeding she should go to the hospital good luck and hope everything is fine

@kingcannon2382 at 5 weeks it's too early to see or hear anything and blood levels varies for everyone and the doctors just like to see the numbers constantly going up if she is having some bleeding I would say go to the hospital and if not just pray and keep her calm no stress

I would go to the hospital asap if shes bleeding even a lil. cause i had a yeast infection when i was pregnant at 5weeks and thats why i was bleeding. i think its great that your asking us ladies for help it shows you care for sure😊 but i never got an ultrasound until i was 7weeks they wouldn't do any sooner.
