@marandagriffith95, we've actually been going into the social security site... you can enter a name in and select a decade and it will tell you how many people were born with that name every year... so that's been a way to scratch names off our list! Lol

@marandagriffith95, yeah, we talked about names when we were engaged... picked Charlotte Rose (after my g'ma and great aunt) for a girl... we told NO ONE! Went to a friends gender reveal and over heard someone asking if they decided on names, she said yes... if it's a girl she will be named Charlotte Rose! We just looked at each other like you have got to be kidding me!! 😂😂 we were voting hard for team blue! 😂😂😂 and... it was a girl! So we lost that name! Funny thing is Charlotte and Rose are now 2 of the most popular names... so we are glad we choose what we did!

that's actually one of many on my list , I just feel like all the names I see are too plain or too crazy and it's hard to find an in between plus so many of my friends are having girls too so I don't wanna name her anything similar idk maybe it's Just because I need to meet her before I can decide 😁 @dreamermom

@marandagriffith95, we had the same issue... plus, I taught for 5 years in high school, so most of the names reminded me of students... so the names were like tainted or something! 😂 we wanted an original name... something which we knew no one with the name... and I knew SO many students with SO many unique names... we really struggled... I actually saw a lady post on a baby site, her name was Scarlett... I asked my husband, what do you think about Scarlett Rosalie (after my great aunt Rose) and it was perfect! A feisty strong name... when she was born we knew it was the perfect name!

I had picked one at the beggining but now I don't like it the closer I get to delivering lol and can't find anything I could actually see her being named.

We had the same issue with our first! Had like 6 options for a boy... but just could not settle on a girls name!
