so yesterday we decided to go do our taxes and so we went to H and R block so we got this golu that was like 70 years old and so we go through the process and he tells us our taxes return is 74 dollars theirs. my husband did double in income sense last year our income went from 27000 to 48000 and i worked to. and he is claiming me and our daughter. do any of yall know if our taxs income could be that little. we do have a kid. the guy said we maid ro much money this year. and then he went and stared to do something else on the computer and goes oh you get back 1200 hundredth should we get a second opinion

I'd say get a second opinion, has he claimed both you and your daughter before? and he claims head of household too?

If you're married you can't go over 40,000 something or you will be receiving not much back that's what our tax lady told us when my husband filled but I would second opinion that and see.

@tatiananoelani yes he has claimed me and daughter last year and me year before and we revived over 7000 thousands last year so dosent make sense.

Every year I go online and I do it myself they're actually very easy and I compare TurboTax to H&R Block's and every year we get a good one and I never have any issues I just make sure that I take the time and go through each section

And you can go through the whole thing without completely before you hit "file" and see what you get
