Insane lower back pain, extreme fatigue, cramping in the lower abdomen and the right side where I believe my ovary is...anyone know what's happening?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
hmmm watery is still fertile, but ewcm is most fertile so maybe you're having some and just not seeing it.
