Baby was throwing up so dr put her on just pedealyte for a day she did fine, gave her milk again all day today and she just threw up again. Idk what to do. I'm going to take her to the chiropractor tomorrow maybe something isn't lined up right? If that doesn't do the trick idk what else to do! Dr said she seems fine! On top of throwing up now she hasn't pooped in 2 days.
I went through this with my son. He couldn't keep down Similac, Enfamil, or even Soy. We eventually switched to Gerber Gentle Formula and he's been fine ever since. We dilute it slightly so instead of 3 scoops formula for 6 oz water, we do 3 scoops for 7 oz water.
Me too! Hate to hear about a baby hurting 💔sending love ❤️
Thanks @brielleclarissa, hope it's an easy fix
Gentle ease by enfamil really helped my daughter around the same age, she 6 months now and no problems.
@theirmommy20, it's no fun at all to see your baby sick :( I think it's the formula. I'm going to call her dr in half an hour when they open. Something has to be done to fix it. She's already "underweight" according to Drs.
@liz41395 ill completely honest with you... until Brinley hit 4 months old I was a complete freak about everything with her. she got a stomach bug and threw up everything and the children's hospital nor her pedi ever had me ONLY do Pedialyte. Just be careful. I would always offer the boob or bottle especially when they're sick. of get another opinion on the only Pedialyte. She may not be able to stomach the formula she is on Brinleys was switched and never again
@theirmommy20, her pedi had her on JUST pedealyte for a day. She held that down well so I fed her formula again and she threw up again so I'm gonna take her back again today and see. At first we thought she was over eating, but we gave her less and she still threw up
I would take her to a different dr to get another opinion
Just bring it up you never know. When my daughter was born we had to put her on soy formula at first cause she couldn't keep down regular formula. Eventually I switched her to regular formula and she was okay but ever since we started giving her milk at the age of one she has had the hardest times pooping she going to be three now and the topic of having a lactose problem is just now coming up so maybe it's worth just bringing it up so you don't run into it down the road. It could be completely different but you never know! Every option is worth looking into
@cheyenne.frazier, I'll take her back to the dr today
Maybe a lactose problem? My daughter wasn't throwing up but she has a problem with pooping and they think she might be developing a lactose intolerance. She was on a stool softener and I've tried limiting her dairy and it seems to be doing okay now. Just a thought.
I know. I can't imagine how you're feeling. But you're doing the best you can!
Thanks @nicipicky, it's so hard when your baby isn't feeling well and you don't know what to do. Like I'm her mom I'm supposed to know what to do to make stuff better
Poor girl has been having a rough time lately. I hope you figure it out soon and she starts feeling better! Good luck mama!
A little freaked out!! The girl I work with told me and our other coworker that she gets mrsa 3 times a year. Not only that but every day she picks at her face until it literally bleeds and then she has blood on her hands, doesn't wash them and then touches everything!!! Idk what to do. Do I tell my Dr and see what she says/thinks? Im just very concerned for me and my baby's health!!
Hi momma's I need some tips or advice my daughter has been acting up alot lately since we moved back to California (it's a long story as to what happened) but she hasn't been listening to either me or her dad but she will listen to other people and she has just done this since we moved back idk if she is doing it more now that she has both of her parents and she thinks she can get away with it or what but I'm asking what should I do? I've tried literally everything. I've told her that it's not o...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
@jademarie_x0, we think it's her reflux. Gonna try a little medicine to help her
