Can't believe my work have just let me go just when I told them I was pregnant. they said they can't afford to keep me…

yes that is what everyone is saying. but to be fair it is unfair because I had done nothing wrong I've been there longer than some people there and they have let me go so yes it is unfair to what I see but end of the day they've let me go nothing I can do.

@mother_of_humans I never said they are in the wrong, I was shocked and upset they have let me go cos I wasn't expecting it at all.

Do them that's unfair dismissal and discrimination xx

@sara87 it's electrical company called lcd supplies leigh cables distribution but I had no choice to tell them I was pregnant because they was saying they don't think they can afford me so I said I need to stay and I need the money cos I'm pregnant then they let me go xx

what thats not fair .. plus uv been there more than 3 months thats just horrible. Im from Manchester which company was ur working . I would defo take this forward hun @chloemcmahon96

i wouldnt have said anything until 12wks and put it in writing to ur boss that way they cudnt have done wat they have

been there 10 months but told some of the staff last week I was pregnant and come in today and told my manager and he's said we have to let you go cos we can't afford you cos there losing alot of money wouldn't mind but there's only 8 of us who work there xx
