*BREASTFEEDING MOMMAS*
for the past week I just have not been able to fall asleep til like 2-3am. The next day I feel absolutely terrible and take long naps with the baby. I just feel like my baby and I are just sleeping our days away. So what I am asking is, is there any natural things I can take to help fall asleep at night that is also safe for baby?
TIA!

Sorry I thought you said for baby. Well I mean you could probably drink it too and it'd be fine for baby since they can drink it too. Also lavender oils. I put them on my baby to help him sleep but it can be used for you too.
I give my baby a little chamomile tea. Like 5 ML I've recently started using it, ( I was using the night time gripe water that has chamomile in it too) tonight he's been sleeping for 3 hrs straight... So maybe it's working lol
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
have you tried meditation? at night I do a relaxing meditation and fall asleep pretty fast, as soon as my whole body is relaxed.
