It's annoying that every time we go see my husbands family they all run to get my sons car seat and run off to the house like umm hello I did give birth to him I deserve an effing hello! Even though he is the first and only grand child I deserve respect

I don't think their meaning to be disrespectful there just excited for baby but I do understand the staying late thing
What's most annoying is they live an hour away and we go there in the evening and leave by midnight bc my husband says no let them spend time with him! I'm like who had to stay up with him when he wakes up me who has to feed him when he is hungry me!! So no we are not staying till midnight maybe you will leave earlier next time.... does it happen? No!!
Shit will never be the same now lol that's the story of my life they will ask how I'm doing like thirty minutes later...like thanks guys 🙃
