Yeah I think it's really common in the beginning especially for first time moms. Just because we're worrying a lot.

I check every time but that's how I knew something was wrong with my last pregnancy but everyone kept telling me oh it's normal nope it was not I had an ectopic

I was checked for ectopic and mine isn't. however when I did have my MC I never dreamt of a miscarriage. ever. I never dreamt of losing my child always being closer. I think it's just a dream from a movie i watched and combined with my current worries and situation. everything seems to be progressing correctly and a little faster than I expected.
