Does anyone have tips on dealing with nursing aversion. I want to continue nursing so bad but after a few seconds on my breasts I start having panic attacks. It makes my skin crawl and I want to cry so bad. I try pumping but I don't get a lot of milk that way. I don't know what to do. 😩😢😓

@cubanese, I don't get anything from hand expressing and I've changed my pieces a couple times (the flanges the tubing the white flap part) it's still the same. My doctor before said some woman don't respond well to pumps. Do you have any ideas to stop or make the aversion easier?
