Any other mommas out there with chronic illnesses? How do you cope on a day to day basis? I'm just a "medical mess" as my doctor says. I had severe PPD after miss aria was born. My PPD turned into diagnosed anxiety disorder. I went through a trial and error period with many many MANY meds for 7 months until I found one that didn't make me crazy. I also have neurocardiogenic syncope which is a heart condition that causes me to faint a lot due to increased heart rate and blood pressure drops. I also have a chronic pain throughout my entire body (mostly my legs) that worsens as the day goes on and causes my legs to bruise heavily and become harder to move throughout the day. The best way to describe it is my bones hurt. I'm a stay at home momma to a beautiful 8 month old and my husband works long hours so by the end of the day I can barely move. I feel like a 90 year old women! I do meds, essential oils, stretching, hydrating, ice baths and heating pads, eating protein but I still struggle all day every day. If anyone has any suggestions on how to feel better throughout my day so I can be a better momma I would so appreciate it!
