I moved in with my mom when I found out I was pregnant with my son , my husband & I stayed longer than we anticipated. BUT my relationship between my mom and I is extremely strained and we constantly argue , we are now finally moving out due to our arguing and needing to be closer to my husbands job ! Has anyone gone through this ??? And has it gotten better for you? I hope it does for me , my mothers delivery is wrong but she means well . I feel like she doubts my parenting and the way I do things , I've tried to explain to her that the delivery is wrong and there are better ways to talk instead of arguing, name calling etc. 🤔I'm 23 going on 24 and feel as if I'm being treated like a child , it's super frustrating when people just tell me to brush it off and ignore her comments but it's hard . I would love if some of you can offer some advice ! ✨

I'm sorry I have no advice but im in a similar boat. My mom and I are at odds because I got back with my boyfriend/sons father and that he'll be moving in with me when he gets work out here. We had a misunderstanding and decided to work it out and now we're at war. She barely talks to me, won't help me with dealing with moving getting ready to work and my son. She'll talk about me to her friends. If I say something she doesn't like she'll tell me I'm fucking her over I don't care about her and I'm kicking her in the ass or she'll go all drama queen and start crying. I love her to death but I don't see why I should pretend like my dude and I don't want to be together and are good because she's upset. Parents can be so weird sometimes.

@cam, I feel u on that very similar as well my mother goes crazy when I don't take her suggestions , also if I defend myself when she gets wild. But she can't see what she has done wrong from when we moved in to now . It's always I'm the disrespectful one

@francessca.avery, same here. She makes it seem like I don't do anything but sit around and all the issues are my fault but the stuff she says and how she says it are crazy. Sometimes I have to remind myself she's still my mother and walk away.
