For the majority of my life I struggled to figure it out.
All the different things we are told to "lose weight and be healthy"
Eat less
Eat more often
Don't eat bread
Only eat veggies
Eat more protein
Drink more water
Count your calories
Drink a chemical shake and only eat actual food once a day
Drink a "cleanse lemonade"
Use laxatives
Exercise to burn the calories you eat
Chew your food and spit it out
Just throw it up
No carbs
No fruit
No processed foods
No white foods
🙄Seriously....the list could go on FOREVER of all the things I thought were 👍🏻 solid advice.
But as the saying goes...
When you know better, you do better!

When I first saw these little containers some alarms went off in my head-
This looks restricted
This feels like counting calories
This is going to feel like starving again
