Anyone else struggling with uneven milk supply? I just got about 3oz out of my left while pumping and only 1oz from my right... :( I am so uncomfortable between feedings.

mine is like that because I fed him too much on one side. the other side hurt too bad

I have the same problem, I get about 2 out of my left and half and ounce out of my right. My lactation office told me to start taking Milk Thistle and Fenugreek so far it's been helping amazingly!

It's normal. Annoying, but normal.
