Just asking, so no need for rude comments. But... has anyone started their baby on baby food early? My son is a big boy, he's over 20 pounds already & eats 7 ounces of formula every 3 hours. He goes up on how much formula he eats, but never waits more that 3 hours before he's hungry again. I understand that he's a big baby & he needs to eat more than your average sized baby, but I'm worrying about his weight gain. I give him a small amount of rice cereal in is bottle at bedtime & he does fine with that, I'm gonna ask his pediatrician about it when he goes next week.
@brafordfamily22, yeah I started adding a little bit to his bottles at 6 weeks & he LOVES it. That bottle is gone in 2.5 seconds lol.
Please tell me how to even go about reacting to this shit. My SO was in the shower and one of his friends was leaving somewhere with his gf or whatever she is. Colby asked if she had big boobs in part of the conversation and if he had a picture and he'd swap a pic of me and my big belly for that. He said no but he had a bikini pic. At first I thought he's probably joking because he knows I'm sitting right outside this damn door. Then the friend actually goes to show him the picture and he goes t...

Caellum Shain, born June 2nd at 2:23 PM at 37+4. He's perfect, 6 lb 15 oz and 20 inches. He's been such a good baby, lots of sleeping and he has latched on quite a few times and sucked but he doesn't stay on long lol. Hoping he picks it up soon. It was a long labor, about 24 hours. He was born with the assistance of a vacuum because he did not want to come on his own, he had his head turned a way that no matter how much I pushed he would not get free. One push push with the vacuum and he was alm...
Our pediatrician had us start my son at 4 months mostly because he had little to no interest in his bottles. We started with just plain stage 1 veggies 1 at a time with a 4-5 day window in between trying a new one then at around 5 1/2 months we were allowed to start introducing single fruits. He's 8 months now, small but a healthy weight (he's long but only weighs 18 pounds) and does well with feeding generally 3-4 6 5-6 oz bottles a day now and 3 food meals a day (1/2 containers of the stage 2 foods)
