I just wanted to share a bit about me, My name is Esperanza but like to be called Espy. I got married sept 2015 to my lovely husband josh. And soon after May 2016 we had our baby girl Leilani! She is now 7 months old and full of life. She brings so much joy and love to us. But I am suffering with ppd, i put off getting help for so long! And I recently talked with my church and they told me to build community around me, which brings me back here! I want to try to make new friends/pen pals that can relate! This has been such a hard season for me but I know with God and a few good friends I can make it through!! I would love to chat, write letters, etc! Just let me know! That's good to hear!! I didn't know how to tell my husband! I mean I just had a beautiful baby what more could you ask for right? It was so hard for me to admit that I needed help. @liliana_1124,
I also have ppd and it's been hard to deal since I didn't tell my husband or my family. Its gotten better with distractions like going to he gym.

I've been in your position. fortunately my hubby was good about it and helped me through it. I joined the ppd group here. the women are amazing and it truly helps to talk. hope you join soon, if not I'll add you.
