its like when pregnant girls throw up severely they get popped blood vessels i used to so im sure thats what it is they go away within hours.

I don't think you need to be worried about every little thing. Sometimes when babies get worked up their skin reacts. If it doesn't clear up in a day or two then I would say switch his soap but it doesn't really look like a contact rash

All the doctor said was to just monitor it till Thursday / Friday
