Does anyone have a problem with dehydration? I get dehydrated often because I can NEVER remember to drink water! Any tips?

I had the same problem! I went and bought a gallon of water and I fill it up every morning and make sure I drink most, if not all before I go to bed
put a reminder on your phone. it helps! i had the same problem up until it caused me to have contractions and be in the ER. now I drink it a lot.
I had/have that problem too. I leave a big gallon jug filled with water next to my favorite spot to sit and drink it slowly. Cause when I get bored and look around I then see it and remember drink plenty. I also keep a small water bottle in my purse for when I leave the house. That way when I dig for something I see it and remember plenty of fluids.
In labor and delivery. They have me on fluids because I am dehydrated. Urgent care failed to care that I was dehydrated the other night smh.
One hour left of this three hour test...I'm so hungry and dehydrated I cannot wait to be out. I hop....chilis....the loft it all sounds so good😩
I wasn’t kidding when I said I was literally dehydrated. I’m in the ER, my doctor wanted me treated for dehydration. Waiting on test results.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
i keep drinks nearby. it reminds to keep drinking. i have a variety. powerade, water, decaf cold tea. sometimes i mix juice with water too
