As much as it hurts, be honest with her and tough. Let her known You are doing the ground work To give her a chance to meet her grandbaby, but it seems like the doesn't care too. And if she doesn't care too, you give up and won't waste your time trying to maker her love her grandbaby. it's tough love, and if she truly loves him this will be a wake up call to her on her actions! (Only do what you are comfortable with, this is just how I would handle it) good luck!
