Anyone get cramping during the fertile window? Like not like AF cramping but I notice if I lay or sit a certain way, there is small cramping right under my belly

ok so i have the iud(mirena) i am constantly cramping and bleeding. like terrible cramps. i go like a day or two with no cramps or bleeding if that. moms who have had this iud...is this normal??? i know everyone's experience is different but from experience had this happened to any off you???😞😳😒😢
