got my essential oils for labor and delivery☺ ready for 7 weeks to be over i got this well do great

I use doTERRA essential oils and they're wonderful for pregnancy and delivery (AND for everything there on out in life 🙌🏻) once your in labor clary sage can help move along the process!

I don't want to use peppermint because it could affect milk supply, but lavender is a must for me, good idea thanks

and then lavender and eucalyptus

we are using a diffuser but a lady at the store said we could put it on my feet too

what oils do you plan on using for labor? and are you diffusing or are going to put on topically? I'm trying to think of which ones I should bring.
