Pump pump pump!! Every chance you get! take fenugreek pills from GNC. Mothers Milk tea 3 times a day. Gatorade. lacation cookies...

For the pumping you should try to pump while your baby is eating. If possible let dad feed her and you pump for 20 minutes each boob. You obviously wont see milk come out but it will send a message to your brain saying make milk and you should start seeing milk come soon if you do the pills and cookies.

Wait! You can just start breastfeeding again? My baby is almost 2 months and I stopped BF like a few weeks ago. Can I just start again and make the milk come back?!
