Genetic testing also let's you know if your child has spina bifida and such. Also gender of the baby. That is the main reason I did mine @js_kidsmom

They said its not mandatory. I just get regular blood work and thats all. They said if I was high risk or over 30 then I would have to take it. Idk. I thought it would be nice to have it done.
