I guess no one in my house is sleeping tonight and it's because of the stupid ass cough I literally coughed until Started gagging. It's waking everybody up my poor baby can't even sleep because of me I'm so annoyed right now. I've took cold medicine Tylenol warm tea with honey and lemon apple cider, a million cough drops and nothing seems to be working.🤒

That's a shame. I got a bad cold when my son was 3mo and it was the most miserable thing ever. Do be careful about taking cold medicine--decongestants can cause your milk supply to dip. Taking it once or twice shouldn't be a big deal, but just something to be cautious of. Stay hydrated and nourished--Gatorade, soup, crackers and butter... whatever sounds appealing. Sending you lots of healing vibes!

@ciraclesmiracle, yes thank you so much I noticed the dip in my supply luckily I have a few bags of milk stored for today which also made feel more comfortable about taking these meds felt kind of sad I didn't get to nurse my baby at all today tho. I appreciate the prayers😊
