I started mani when she turned 1. Im still trying to get her to use the pot. She uses it with her dad and grandma but for some reason she don't want to use it with me.
2 1/2 by the time she was fully potty trained. I tried earlier at around 1 and she wasn't having it! Crying all the time and everything so I waited. I would put panties on her at night just so she could get a feeling for them. Then one day she said "Mommy no pamper... Panties!" And she has literally never had an accident or anything since then.
@amanimommy1207, @jessica0830, my daughter will be two in May and I feel like she sorta gets the concept but she will NOT use it!! I was thinking maybe it's the time I put her on it like should she be sitting for like 45 minutes or do I take away the pamper KNOWING she's gonna mess her pull up or pamper up idk I'm lost lol
@nyimasmommy5915, on the weekend when you have nothing to do let her run around in panties. She has to know what it feels like to be wet so she knows that sensation means to go pee. But don't push it too much. Just let it gradually happen. It's normal for children up to 5 not to be completely potty trained. She may just not be ready yet.
