Any moms have/had this support band? Im confused on how to wear it

So mom came in three parts. sorry it looks nasty I used it for restaurant work when I was in a produce section.

next was the back piece of the thing.

@bodaciousb6 my cousin gave me hers and it doesn't have that second part. just has the belly part. I'll show a pic when I get up lol
