If you are having pain in your side this early in your pregnancy I'd still let your doctor know. That could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. It could also be nothing but I think it'd be a good idea to let the doc know just in case. Plus they'll probably bring you in earlier for an ultrasound anyway!

It's probably just round ligament pain. Hot baths and drinking water helped with mine😊
