What a people's view on the Mirena coil? I really don't want to fall pregnant, are the the best?

I've had mine for 3 months now. No discomfort or pain while sex. I bleed for 3 months but it's stopped now. Got it checked by the doctor it's not moved. I'm just scared of getting pregnant & wondered if anyone fell pregnant on it even thought nothing is wrong with thecoil?

Whys that @jod1303, im considering getting it so I don't know if you'd have an experience with it or what.
