Nothing is scarier than a high fever! 🤒 Also, if you know me, you'll know I'm pretty "all-natural-is-best", but I tell you what... NOT when it comes to homeopathy medicine for my daughter. Hylands Baby Cold Syrup and Zarbee's Cold & Mucous. No, thank you! 🙅🏼 🖐🏼 I just spent 30 mins searching the internet, trying to make sure I could give her Tylenol even though I had JUST given her Hylands. Finally, my husband and I (he was searching also) found that it is, indeed, okay to double up on a homeopathic medicine and Tylenol. Within 10 mins her fever went from 103.8 down to 101.0 and within 20 mins was down to 99.0. Thank God!

If it does go back up and won't stay down with Tylenol you can alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen every four hours I have had three different drs recommend and I prefer to stay away from ibuprofen other than in that situation my son has kidney problems so it's harder for him to filter out ibuprofen

I use zarbees but only when caleigha is super congested. We have paired it with Tylenol because when she teethes she gets congested.

@mommy2benntley, see! Ugh! I was doing Tylenol and Motrin every 4 hours when she was sick last time, and the doctor at Urgent Care AND her pediatrician told me that was a dated recommendation and it's better to stick with one. I guess your body can take the same kind easier than two different. It made me mad though because that's what I read to do previously.

Really that's what the children's hospital and my sons dr and the er dr and my son Uroligist said to do for him and he is only a year that's even what they said to do instead of continually using his Tylenol with codien
