Ive been in bed rest ... my placenta hasn't moved and it's confirmed I'm going to have a c section... 😩😩

If you do end up having a c-section, make sure to pack a heating pad! A reheatable one is best. Nobody warned me or told me to pack a heating pad, and the gas pains got so bad I had my best friend go to walgreens and bring one up to me. After the surgery you will have trapped gas. Walking will help to pass it, but he heating pad is just a million times better. Plus, heat on the tummy and scar will help blood flow to that area which promotes quicker healing. I'm telling you. Seriously, if I had to only take one thing with me to the hospital it would have been that damn heating pad!

You have time. My friends didn't move till she was 32 weeks. C sections also aren't as bad as they seem. If you do end up having one make sure you wear the belly shaper right away and all the time. I wore mine 24/7 only took it off to shower.
