got a Foley ball placed in my cervix, contractions went through the roof, 2 mins apart and super strong. I got an epidural, Dr came in to check the ball and it slid right out. I went from 2.5cm to 6cm in about 45 mins! dr broke my water and now we're just waiting on baby to make his appearance 😍😍😍

it helped so fast, my contractions were so so strong after they put it in. I'm sitting at about 7 now (last time I was checked) so we're slowly getting there! @mommyandmccoy_
