your bf is a douche, they actually recommend you thaw with luke warm water.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Really?! I never heard about it losing value when frozen.. just hot water.. @cubanese I'll keep it in the fridge now!! And maybe he won't use hot water @queeenb, ikr.. pissed me off so bad
