it's constant pain , I've tried bath ,laying down ,walking it's been going on for while now , I was having contractions the other day when they did a stress test and I didn't even realize that's what it was I thought it was just back pain but it's more intense today

Wait two hours and time your contractions if they are 1 to 5 min apart the entire time go to l&d...good luck!
