I breastfed in the hospital when my son was born. I wanted to breastfeed for as long as I could but that didn't work. When I got home from the hospital I was fine until it was time to feed. My boobs were so engorged. I tried to hand express, hot shower, pump etc.. Nothing would come out. I even tried to attach my son and he wasn't having it. He is 11 months now and he has an upper lip tie. Would that have anything to do with him not latching right? I plan on breastfeeding my next baby. What caused my milk not to come out? I never leaked with either of my kids.
