*SICK BABY QUESTION* Faye was sick with a runny nose, and your typical cold about a week ago. It's cleared up about two days ago, and now today she has - what sounds like - bad congestion in her chest. I have her essential oil diffuser running, her humidifier running as well, I've given her Zarbee's natural cold medicine for Cough & Mucus, and baby Vicks on her chest, back, and feet with socks. I guess my question is, when would you take your child in? I don't want to overreact, but I've heard that chest sickness can turn into something bad. 🤒😕

Same happened with my son. Took him in and they sent us home. said just keep up with what we're already doing. She has to just cough ithe phlegm out. When she coughs you could pat her a little hard but not too hard on her back to help get it up

RSV is going around. If I were you I'd take my kid in. Better safe than sorry. When it's your child's health and safety it's good to overreact.

If she has a chest cold I'd take her in. Could be upper respiratory infection.

I would call the doctor's office before going in. They might just send you home if you go in!
