Any remedies for migraines during pregnancy? Since I can't really take my normal medicine

heat or ice pack

neck stretches & deep tissue neck massage

if it's sinus headache do noise spray and use humidifier(or hot steamy water bowl in room)

You can take Tylenol.

im having awful migraines too and Tylenol just doesnt cut it

peppermint oil on ur temples. was a life saver for me

I get them often. With my last pregnancy they got so bad I had to go to hospital and they give you narcotics that are safe for pregnancy. This is my third baby I'm preg with and all my pregnancies I dealt with migraines. Warm rag on forehead in a dark room helps a little. And ice helps numb the pain too

Tylenol and a coke/coffee...it helps so much. Dr told me to o that cause I would get migraines a lot the first 16 weeks. @jolynnwilliams

I actually went to the chiropractor. Helped my migraines and my midwife told me it's actually super great for everything when pregnant. Just no x rays
