sometimes my little one will wake up for a night feeding and be wide awake wanting to play around after he eats. anyone else have issues with this?

sometimes my little one will wake up for a night feeding and be wide awake wanting to play around after he eats. anyone else have issues with this?
every now and then my girl will and it's always around 3 when her dad gets home from work...sometimes he would accidentally wake her up but instead of letting her go back to sleep he would want to play with her because he missed her. Just glad she is getting better and it's not a every night thing anymore.
