My son just went 12 days without pooping! He wasn't constipated or uncomfortable and was still farting as normal lol. Breastmilk has the perfect amount of nutrients so it just means baby is absorbing everything and there's no waste.

its completely normal for a breastfed baby to only poop every two weeks. baby is still perfectly healthly!(:

nurse told me 1 week is perfectly acceptable

They can go as long as two weeks my lactation consultant said since there isnt any chemicals or impurities in your milk there's no need for them to poop as long as they have six wet diapers a day
