Can any mamas tell me if they ever went through this when in labor?

I've had the worst headache for the last 2 days, as well as constant lower back pain, aching and sharp pains in my vaginal and pelvic area, pressure as well as diarrhea and nausea?

I've been having contractions for weeks now, as well as ok and off spotting... doctors told me not to come back to the hospital until they're 5 mins apart. I just want to know if any of you had any of these as symptoms of labor?
