advice needed: yesterday I was away from my ebf son helping my family move. my breast got extremely full and began to hurt. I self expressed to relieve preasure. my breast started turning a bit red yesterday and today it is sensitive to any touch or if my shirt or bra pull on it, it is also red and warm to the touch. does anyone have any idea what is causing this?? if it is a clogged duct or what?? all advice is welcome. thank you in advance. :)
