you can use garlic/mullein ear drops

Mmm yeah well I googled a bunch of remedies when my son had it and theres a bunch just have to be in different ways. Not sure if she'll like you squirting salt in her ear.

Honestly I think the antibiotics are best. Heals them within a week. My son had 2 ear infections within a month. You should still take her in so they can see how bad it is. My son showed no signs but we took him to the ER for a high fever and they said he had a full blown ear infection. Looked like it wanted to explode.
