Have you tried different bottles? Also try a sippy cup.

I remember my lo went straight to the sippy cup I started with one that had a soft tip

Yes that's how my little one was. Are you feeding her the bottle? If so try to let someone else feed them the bottle since they probably smell your boobs.

The most she's eaten out of a bottle is two oz with his mom
