Mommas that use gripe water when do you give it to your baby? After or before feedings? Or maybe during?

I also do it before so it starts to work while he is eating.

you can do either. I prefer before because if you do it after you have to wait a half hr after eating to give it to them. any time less than a half hr and they'll vomit everything up. I learned the hard way

Does it work? I gave it to my son before a feeding and he was still real gassy and fussy

i put it in my daughters bottle. once in the AM and her night bottle.
