When I had my son mines hurt for a while! He is 4 now and sometimes i still feel it! I heard only regular exercising makes it go away!

Anyone els experience like groin/thigh pain almost like your bone is sore. Idk how to explain it but this shit is uncomfortable and kinda hurting ☹️
