I thought the same this month. I felt exactly how I feel when I'm pregnant. But I normally get a faint positive a few days before my missed period. I was late 4 days, never got a positive and fainting and nauseous was from what turned to be a cold/ high blood pressure. 😏 I didn't want to be pregnant as I have a 9 month old, but wish my body wouldn't keep playing those tricks on me anymore.
