What you pump doesn't indicate what little one is getting when nursing. Chances are baby might have been fussing over something else. My little one fusses while nursing a lot because he just wants to comfort nurse but he's getting milk and it upsets him. Or he doesn't let the flow of my let down sometimes as well.

they also have this tea called mother tea but it was so disgusting to me

Drink lots of water,make sure you're eating every meal,if you can pump every 2 hours to help with the supply.
