same here i don't feel pregnant at all since i took the test. idk how far along i am but I'm guessing around 6 or 7 weeks

I feel the same. Also will be 13 weeks tomorrow and I forget sometimes that I'm even pregnant! I have a tiny bump, but until I feel baby move I think I will continue to feel this way.
