@dreamermom, uhhhh I remember that I think it is way baby is sitting I felt this a lot through out my whole pregnancy and he also was on my sciatic nerve a lot which caused more pain. Also i think it's the pressure as baby gets bigger of pushing down and making room

That's the baby moving down into the birth canal it can be really sore and swollen down there due to the blood flow change as well
