so my mom just noticed a little ball on my son's chest right above the stomach but it's not hard it's squishy and it does seem to bother him but it's scares me cause you can see it when he cries and it moves around ... I'm not sure what to do if I should go into the ER or call his Dr tomorrow morning

My son had one above his nipple when he was born it's what they call a skin tag and like there was no blood flowing through, it fell within a week or two.. not sure if this can be your case. @evelyn.nunez56,

maybe it could be an umbilicas hernia my doctor said their common in new born and go away as they grow I thought my daughter had one they said she had a little one I had one when I was baby mine was bad though my mom couldn't let me cry she said because the doctor said it would make it worst.

It's what @ciraclesmiracle said , nothing to be worried about. We all have it but you see it more in an infant.
